Eagles Vs. Tigers 3-6-10

Nate had his second football game of the spring yesterday. The boys played the Tigers, who won the Superbowl in the fall and have done some heavy recruiting (Yes, there is recruiting in Kindergarten football in Allen). Needless to say we weren't expecting a win. The final score was 39 to 7. Kenny said the boys played much better than last week and was pretty happy with the game.

Here are Nate's highlights. The first clip is him (and his friend Zane) pulling flags. Nate's celebration is a little more subdued. Second is Nate completing the classic Statue of Liberty play. At least that's what Kenny told me. There is some confusion on the play because time expired just as the ball was snapped. Some of the boys weren't sure if they should keep playing after the buzzer sounded. Last is Nate's run with the ball. There were a lot of lost yards, so we were glad he went forward. He did pretty good, but those Tigers are fast, so he didn't get too far.
