A Boy's Job

We went to a little memorial day party yesterday. I walked in to find Nate playing the "spanking game" with another boy. It was innocent, but we have a rule about him not spanking at our house, so I called him over.

Mommy: Nate, it's not...

Nate (cutting me off):...my job to spank anyone.

Jon (family friend): Nate, what is your job?

Nate: To go to school and have fun.
