Little Things

Throughout the school year Nate wanted us to pick him up early from Kid's Club. Now he wants to stay there until the very end. Why, you ask? Because he gets to go to the arcade and play "Super Mario Smash Bros." on a Nintendo Game cube. Don't you dare try to call it "Brothers" either. It's "Bros" to him.

Anyway, yesterday we got stuck at the office and were later than normal picking him up. As we walked out he said "Thanks for letting me stay early. I got to play Super Mario Smash Bros."

Yeah, he gets early and late mixed up. He's always going to sleep early on Saturday mornings too.

On the way home he asked "What's for dinner?" When I told him it was spaghetti he said "You're the best Mom! And you to Daddy!"
