Nate's First Playoff Game

Nate had his first playoff game this morning. He did a great job and had a lot of hustle. He was ready when coach called him and ran on and off the field.

His team dominated this morning. The final score was 24 to 6. The Cowboys scored on an interception in the second half. The Eagles were up by more than 20, so they had to pass. The boys did great and get to play again next week. I don't think any of them are ready for the season to end.

Next week's game will be the real test as the play the only undefeated team in the league. This is the same team that beat them at SMU game. If they play like they did today they have a good shot at beating the Wild Dawgz.

Gray is feeling much better today. He hasn't thrown up since Friday morning.

Nate will sing at church for the first time tomorrow morning. Hopefully he does well. He has gotten in trouble at the front of church during children's sermons for playing around on the alter a couple of times. I hope that doesn't happen tomorrow.

We're getting ready for another busy week. Gray has a barium swallow on Tuesday. Maybe we can stop thickening his milk this time. We'll head down for his surgery on Wednesday.

How could I forget to report on Halloween. Nate had a good time, after a mini-melt down. He got lots of candy. Gray had a nice ride in his stroller. Unfortunately it was to hot for his costume. Oh, the joys of living in Texas. You never know is you need a winter or summer costume. :)
